Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Mamtadesignco, every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refund on Selected Products

NO REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON:

Discounted or sale items
Exclusive Drops
Limited Collections
Final Sale products
Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page

Purchases made under these categories are considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Product Information Must Be Read Before Ordering

Customers are responsible for carefully reading the complete product description, specifications, size information, fabric details, product type, and other information provided on the product page before placing an order.

For example, if a product is clearly described and/or mentioned as “Unstitched”, the customer is expected to review this information before purchasing.

“I did not notice that the product was unstitched,” “I thought it was stitched,” “I misunderstood the product description,” or similar reasons will NOT be considered valid grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.

Size or measurements
Fabric or material
Colour
Design
Length
Product specifications
Included/excluded components
Product description

will not qualify for a refund or return when the relevant information was clearly provided on the website.

3. Change of Mind

Refunds or returns will not be provided for reasons including:

Change of mind after placing the order
No longer wanting the product
Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong product
Not liking the product after delivery
Expecting a different fit, colour, fabric, or appearance than what was displayed or described
Not reading the product description before ordering
Misunderstanding information that was clearly provided on the product page

Please make sure you review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
A clear unboxing video, where applicable

After reviewing the issue, Mamtadesignco may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. Product Condition

Where a return or exchange is approved by Mamtadesignco, the product must be:

Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
Free from stains, damage, perfume, makeup, or other marks
Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

6. Size & Fit

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size by referring to the size chart and measurements provided on the product page.

Incorrect size selection or dissatisfaction with the fit does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Cancellation requests are subject to whether the order has already entered processing or dispatch.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Mamtadesignco, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
